Wine, Wheat, Peace! the main objective of the project is to present and make the food industry and winemaking heritage of Nógrád County usable from a tourist point of view. As a result of the transformations, attractive exhibition spaces and event venues are created, which are a tourist attraction all year round. With roller mills, which are a Hungarian patent, they were able to grind high-quality flour in the 1800s. The beginning of the operation of the Bercel mill can be dated to the end of the 1800s. Structurally, it is still in excellent condition. Its floor area is approx. 450 m2. The integrated grinding technology is realized with traditional GANZ mill machines, on 3 levels. In Hungary, it is practically impossible to find a similar, fully preserved and functional technology. The technical condition of the machines is excellent, they are functional in all respects. Currently, taking into account accident prevention aspects, the mill is not operated, in order to preserve its condition, it is not advisable to run it or switch it on. At the same time, the grinding processes can be clearly presented on a simple machine line.

The essence of the development concept is to shape the mill into an attractive tourist attraction that can be visited from the outside and inside. With the help of an exhibition guide, we present the mill's operation and technological sequences to both individual and group interested parties. From an architectural point of view, the complete replacement of the mill's roof structure, external thermal insulation, replacement of doors and windows, and the design of internal technological spaces are necessary to such an extent that, taking all aspects into account, it provides the visitors with an experience that makes the days spent here unforgettable.

Another element of the development is the creation of an event hall, which can provide various services for tourists coming to the settlement. We want to make it possible to hold conferences of 250-300 people, whether it is for local or group tourism needs. This investment element fills a gap in the region. According to our plans, at the Bercel location, we will enable the rental of e-bikes, other electric powered devices, or smooth bikes, with which you can visit the sights of the area.

An event venue will be created at the Mohora location, which will serve as a venue for occasional and regular events and festivals. The program offer includes, according to our plans, combined programs with equestrian tourism, organization of walking tours, presentation of local food industry products and the use of these products to present the gastronomic possibilities typical of the landscape, both in the field of modern and classic dishes. As a cooperating partner, we consulted with several local businesses and they were open and happy about the opportunity with which we can advance the tourism opportunities and development of our region.
